I’ve been thinking about this and I realize that nobody cares about nothing. Probably all my family except for my brother don’t give a shit if consuming LLM crap is suddenly killing them. I see a lot of LGBTQIAPN+ people who just support big corporations that pays support for our own death.
Most people would rather sacrifice themselves for convenience than sacrifice convenience for themselves. We have thousands cases of people using LLM for “therapy”, alongside with thousand cases of suicides caused by LLM suggestions or some sort of idealist conformism once again proving that LLM is insecure for the society not because it’s smart enough to to fuck with the humanity consciousness, but because it’s made to always believe that what you are saying it’s right. This means that at any moment it’ll made you believe on your own lies.
I even know some people who says they hate AI, but they actually don’t care about this fight. They still using while give the “I hate it but I still using because I care more about my convenience than I care about the problem” speech. It’s just a performative hate.
I’m so tired of AI shit that the words AI and LLM are starting to scare me as some sort of heavy trauma. I don’t trust the songs I listen to, I don’t trust the videos I watch, I don’t trust the codes I see, I don’t trust the books I read… I don’t trust on peoples word afraid it came from an AI generated crap. At this point I’m just tired of trying to know what is slop and what isn’t, so many shit to pay attention that makes disappear from the universe the best option to keep the sanity barely okay.
Plus, it can be worst than it seems to be due to the fact that all this shit is probably irreversible because who cares? Not everyone really. At least we have suggestions of what we could do to at least escape from most of the brain rotted society: create (if not exists) a group for people with anti-AI sentiments. In fact we can find people with these feelings on some places, but also we’ve never built some community specially for this cause.
I don’t see any case where it’s really possible to revert this, most people are addicted to AI nowdays. But the idea of build a community exclusively for anti-AI people doesn’t stop being a good idea.
